hey i know this might sound stupid, but why are people mad at mtv? what is going on? I’m actually in the same boat as you. I’d rather not know, because everybody seems wicked pissed. I think that MTV was probably getting too many complaints that Twilight won all the awards in the past, so they were only nominated for like a few this year (Best kiss and Best Movie I think?) And I guess everybody is afraid the Hunger Games may beat Twilight, but come on, we’re much more devoted so I doubt it! Haha:) No worries!

Ugh, anon, because I don't know. Regarding the Vampire Money-thingy. It's funny, because MCR have taken so much of their plot point from twilight. I think it's funny that they're using twilight, but I suppose some would be offended by it. It's just for a laugh. "Sparkle like Bowie in the morning sun" and "Play it right and drive a Volvo car". I think it's hilarious. I'm not a fan per se, but I've read and enjoyed the books, so I'm not a hater. I just find the song funny. /end rant No it’s fine that you’re anon! We just don’t like having long battles with anons on here! I think the song is funny too, I am a fan of Twilight but I dunno, I found the song interesting and amusing too! I didn’t take offense from it :) I think it’s sort of cool, in a way…that people could hear that song years from now and maybe think, “Oh yeah! Everyone was obsessed with vampires in the early 2000’s”. So I think it’s a funny song.
